Return Policy

All Seasons Clothing Company understands that sometimes your purchase isn't a perfect fit - if you aren't thrilled with your purchase we're happy to offer returns within 60 days of purchase.

Please keep in mind, an original sales receipt or packing slip dated within 60 days of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges. Please bring a valid photo identification with you to the store when returning your item. Information from your ID will be retained in a database of customer return activity, and used by All Seasons Clothing Company and its suppliers to authorize returns.

Please keep in mind these factors when returning your item to All Seasons Clothing Company:

Returns are credited based on the initial form of payment, prior to 30 days. Returns received after 30 days are reimbursed via All Seasons Clothing Company Gift Card.
Returns and Exchanges should be new and in the original packaging, which means that the item should be unworn (aside from trying it on), unwashed, and devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, animal hair, or mysterious smells. Please include all tags and accessories that come with your item.
If you're returning a pair of shoes or boots, we need the box back, too. Please treat the box fairly, as it too needs to be in "sellable condition".
Returns with a gift receipt are offered a gift card or exchange.
In-store returns and exchanges without a receipt or packing slip are offered store credit for the lowest price or offered the manufacturer's contact information.
If you redeemed a coupon or received a discount, an adjusted refund amount will be offered.
Purchases made in store can be returned to any All Seasons Clothing Company store location. Items purchased online can be returned via mail, return shipping charges may apply.
Original shipping charges are not refunded.

We sell only quality products from vendors who stand behind their merchandise, but sometimes there can be a problem. Often our vendors will have a longer warranty period and may require that you contact them directly. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

Unfortunately, some items cannot be returned. Close-out/Clearance merchandise and gift cards are not eligible for a return or exchange. Personalized, customized and/or autographed items also cannot be returned. Merchandise cannot be returned after the original packaging or factory seal has been broken.

Please note All Seasons Clothing Company may limit or decline some returns and exchanges.

Accepted Methods of Payment are as follows:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) 
  • All Seasons Clothing Company Gift Cards

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded. 

Shipping

We ship to all 50 states

Turnaround

  • All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm. 

Carriers

  • We only use the USPS to deliver our orders.
  • Direct ship Items will ship best way from the manufacturer.

Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order at this time. 

Shipping Rates

We ship to all 50 states

The Rate charged for the shipping of your order and is based on the total of your order.

  • $0.00 - $49.99 = $10.00
  • $50.00 - $99.99 =$5.00
  • OVER $99.99 = FREE

 

We also offer COD (Collect On Delivery) as a shipping option to Rural Alaskans. This option will be for orders not exceeding $900.00  The COD charges listed below show the complete shipping plus the COD charge.

  • $0 - $100.00                   $29.20
  • $100.01 - $500.00          $34.45
  • $500.01 - $900.00          $41.45

Any COD orders not picked up will be returned to All Seasons Clothing Company and the return shipping plus all the original shipping (including the COD charge) will be added to your next order.

 Information Collected from Users
All Seasons Clothing Company collects the email address of Users that email a question or comment to All Seasons Clothing Company or submit a customer review. 

 All Seasons Clothing Company collects the billing and shipping addresses, including relevant e-mail, phone and credit card numbers and expiration dates of Users who purchase a product from All Seasons Clothing Company through the Site. This includes Users who register to become All Seasons Clothing Company members and those Users who enter any All Seasons Clothing Company contests or other promotional features available on the Site. 

 All Seasons Clothing Company does not release any information to any third party at any time.
Your Personal Information Is Not Sold, Rented, Swapped or Traded at All Seasons Clothing Company!

Gift Registries and Lists

All Seasons Clothing Company has lists and  registries to help make shopping easier for wedding and baby showers, back to school, everyday trips to the store, and more.

To see these lists, log into your account and then click on “account” in the upper right corner, then look under “My Account” where you will see “My Lists”, “Gift Registries”, “Order History”, etc.

When logged into your account while shopping, you can choose “Select Options” on any item in the store and when on the options page choose your size and color. After making your selections click on “add to list” or “add to registry”. Make your choice and just follow the directions on the screen.
